I'm Madeleine.

I'm a third year costume design and construction student at Nottingham Trent University.

I love looking at costume and dress through the lens of history, studying original practise and working with techniques people might have used in that period. I also enjoy creating extravagant, artistic pieces, using millinery and corsetry.

I make a lot of of my own clothing, and am invested in using sustainable materials creatively and mending where possible with beautiful, detailed methods.
